These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and apk68 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the apk68 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino lobby, and all associated services available at apk68.app.

Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by apk68 support will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) apk68 account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts held by that individual, with balances subject to forfeiture at apk68's discretion.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. apk68 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

Regarding account security, you agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your apk68 account and not reuse it on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by apk68.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Notify apk68 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of apk68 when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

apk68 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from apk68 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

apk68 operates a PKR-native cashier. All deposits, account balances, bet settlements, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. The following payment methods are currently supported on apk68:

• apk68 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts, limit markets, or suspend betting on specific events for any account where irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Live betting odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled, not the odds at the time you selected the market.

apk68 takes match integrity seriously. Any bet placed on a match that is subsequently found to have been subject to manipulation or spot-fixing will be voided. apk68 cooperates fully with international sports integrity bodies in the investigation of suspicious betting activity.

• Attempting to launder money or use apk68 as a vehicle for any financial crime.

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or directions from a relevant authority.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, apk68 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance. Where no breach is found, funds will be released to the account holder via their verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk68 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of — or inability to use — the apk68 platform.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays, failures, or errors beyond apk68's direct control.
• Interruptions to apk68 services caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency infrastructure work, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or widespread telecommunications failure.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your own account credentials.
• Discrepancies in live betting odds caused by data feed latency from third-party data providers.

Where apk68's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your apk68 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits apk68's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

apk68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, apk68 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the apk68 platform for a period of at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at apk68.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was published.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using apk68 and contact support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the apk68 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
